GENERAL CLEANING

• Personal Property: Remove ALL items of personal property
• Walls & Ceilings: Remove any dust and or cobwebs. Wash all dirty walls
• Light Fixtures: Remove, clean, & replace all light globes. Each fixture MUST have working bulbs in each socket or you will be charged for any missing bulbs.
• Closets, Shelves, and Drawers: Empty and clean thoroughly.
• Windows, Blinds, and Drapes: Wash all windows inside and out. Wipe all sills and tracks to remove dust, dirt, spots (including hard water deposits) and stains. Drapes MUST be dry cleaned and a receipt is required to receive credit.
• Woodwork: Clean all woodwork thoroughly, including doors, doorframes, & baseboards.
• Furnace: Remove and thoroughly clean or replace furnace filters
• Heating Vents: All registers and cold air returns, wall heaters need to be cleaned thoroughly.
• Hardwood Floors, Tile, and Linoleum: Sweep and mop all floors with mild soap and water

KITCHEN

• Range, Oven, Burners, and Reflectors: All interior and exterior surfaces must be completely cleaned of dirt, grease, and baked food. Including under the burner reflectors. Move oven out and clean underneath if not built in.
• Ventilating Hood and Exhaust Fan: Clean interior and exterior surfaces of any dirt, dust, and grease. The filter needs to be thoroughly cleaned.
• Refrigerator: defrost & clean under refer. Reassemble and turn on setting the thermostat to the warmest setting
• Dishwasher: Clean interior, soap holder, racks, trays, & remove any food particles. Wash surfaces with a mild soap and warm water inside and out.
• Kitchen Counters & Cabinets: Empty and clean all surfaces inside and out using mild soap and warm water. Clean all stains and remove all food particles from any and all drawers and cabinets.
• Sinks: Clean all sinks thoroughly. Remove any stains or food particles. If sink has a disposal grind up 2 cups of ice to clean blades.

BATHROOM

• Tub, Shower: Clean all tile and grouting to remove mildew and hard water deposits. Be sure shower door is cleaned, free of any mildew, water deposits, and soap scum. Clean tub thoroughly
• Sinks, Mirrors, Cabinets: Thoroughly clean all sinks, mirrors, and wipe out all cabinets.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Garage & Carport, Storage Area: Remove items and trash. Sweep clean. Remove any Grease and oil from floor of Garage and carport. Also remove any oil and grease from the driveway.
• Porches, Decks: Sweep clean removing any dirt or trash.
• Lawns: Remove all trash, cut and trim lawn. Weed flower beds thoroughly, trim shrubs, repair all pet damage. I.E. Holes in grass, remove any pet feces, etc.
• Fireplace: Clean thoroughly including ash compartment.
• Washer/ Dryer: Clean interior thoroughly, including filters. Remove all mineral and dried soap from washer. Wipe dryer clean.
